I really am smart! Websurfing can be addictive. I am getting better at transcribing, CTRAN didn't pay me yet, though. I have to force my self to complete the simpleology stuff. I applied with a few other companies including gofreelance.com. I also discovered how cool alexa.com is at weeding out garbage websites. Tomorrow I'll be ebaying. I stay up too late for my own good.
Bye!
P.S. You should check out Clara Bow videos on youtube. She was so cute!

Online Education
for the past few days, I have been participating in Simpleology 101. It is a free online program that teaches you how to be successful. It has helped me to see the errors of my ways. My mind has always been a playground. Ever since I was little, I daydream about all kinds of things to entertain myself. I mean, elaborate fantasies about women who have caught my attention. Katherine Delafield from General Hospital, Counselor Troi from Star Trek, and Anita Hill, to name a few. I imagined their lives going better and getting married and having kids. It's funny, but I never had those same daydreams about myself. Anyway, one of the side effects of this hobby, is I have a short attention span. This inability to focus is one of the things that is holding me back.
I am working on improving my focus and other things with the help of simpleology.com. It's a cool program, you should check it out.
In a few minutes, I will join a conference call with Emerald Passport International. It is an online course that teaches you how to be successful. I am psyched! I am getting a really good feeling about it. I will let you know.

I think I am smart
I just watched "The Secret" for free online. It works! I have been focusing on my bright future for the past 2 days, instead of stressing over my problems. My boyfriend has been nice to me, I am finding more online opportunities, and I am seeing gold in old things I gave up on.
This past year has been tough for me. I have had some successes and some difficulties undertaking new projects. I built a house in West Virginia. It's beautiful, but I am having a hard time paying the mortgage. I have solutions, but they take time. I will weather the storm and work it out.
My latest money-making-scheme is being a legal transcriptionist. I have been working on this project for the past 2 months. I signed on with a company in Rockville. It would have been all good, but I had all kinds of problems ftping files on Vista. I finally worked that out 2 weeks ago. Transcribing is not easy. The tapes are hard to understand and you must keep rewinding them. Also, the pay is not all that great if you are not lightning fast. I will get better at it. I have to put some more quickwords on my Wordperfect. I also have to get a foot pedal and another keyboard for my laptop.
Luckily, I have an excellent grasp of the English language and vocabulary. I will master this soon.
By the way, don't mess with Cambridge transcriptions. These bitches over there named MARY and CORINNE asked me how many minutes I could do by 9 am the next day. I told them I could do 90 minutes. They sent me a 60 minute project and I completed it on time and sent it in. They got mad at me because I asked if I would be paid extra for a 24 hour turnaround. Then they said they wouldn't pay me for the job! What nerve! Anyway, they will pay me or I will report their asses to the DCRA.
Now kids, lets focus on positive things again. Does anyone out there in blog land want to be my friend? I had my feelings hurt by an ex classmate who did not respond to my e-mail last week. I am getting over it though.
Meanwhile, I am going back to work for my ex-boyfriend/boss Lindsey. We are going to promote shows and sell posters on Ebay. I have renewed enthusiasm for it. I don't mind working hard, I just want to work smarter.
